What we help with

Support for the mind, emotions, relationships and everyday life, online or in person.

  • Therapy

A quiet space to understand what is happening within you. Therapy helps you notice patterns, make sense of your concerns and move toward clarity and steadiness at your own pace.

Helps with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, anger, low self-worth and sleep difficulties.

  • Psychiatry

See a psychiatrist online or in person. If medication can support your well-being, our psychiatrists explain it simply: why it is suggested, how it works and what to expect. Your progress is reviewed gently and decisions are made together.

Helps with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and personality-related concerns.

  • Couples therapy

A space for partners to slow down, talk openly and understand each other with less conflict. The focus is on communication, trust and rebuilding connection.

Helps with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, family pressures and differing values.

  • Family therapy

A calm space to work through misunderstandings, repeated arguments or changes that feel heavy at home. The aim is healthier communication and balance.

Helps with family conflict, boundaries, generational gaps and parent–child communication.

Questions before you book

How do I know whether I need therapy?

There is no threshold you have to cross first. People come to us when something has become hard to carry alone — persistent low mood, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, grief, strain in a relationship, or simply not feeling like themselves. A first session is a conversation about what has been happening, not a commitment to a course of treatment.

How do online sessions work?

Book a session on our booking page, or call or WhatsApp us. We send you a private link by email or WhatsApp, and you join online from your phone or laptop at the booked time.

Is what I say in a session confidential?

What you discuss with your therapist stays between you and your therapist. Your therapist will explain how confidentiality works, and the narrow circumstances in which it does not apply, at the start of your first session — you are welcome to ask about it before booking.

What is the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor and can prescribe medication. A psychologist works through talking therapies and psychological assessment. Our team includes both, and they work together where a person needs medication and therapy at the same time.

Do you provide couples or family therapy?

Yes. Couples therapy can help with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, family pressures, differing values, and the strain of work or health concerns. The aim is to help both people understand each other better and build a steadier relationship. Family therapy offers a calm space to work through misunderstandings, repeated arguments or changes that feel heavy at home.

Can I choose which therapist I see?

Yes. Every practitioner has a profile listing their qualifications and the areas they work in, and you can book with a specific person rather than being assigned one.

What are your timings?
